🎙️Turning Fear Into Purpose: A Conversation About Advocacy
How one of the hardest moments of my life became a mission to make sure other moms never felt alone.
Hi friends,
If you’ve been here for a little while, you know that The Fearfully Made was born from a season of searching—of not knowing exactly where to turn after finding out our son would be born with a limb difference.
Sharing our story has never come easily to me.
But over time, I’ve learned that the moments we’re most hesitant to speak about are often the ones someone else most needs to hear.
Last month, in honor of Limb Difference Awareness Month and National Volunteer Month, I had the opportunity to join Winning Through Culture for a conversation about advocacy, stewardship, and what it means to launch The Fearfully Made.
We talked about:
Navigating pregnancy after a diagnosis
Why community and visibility matter so much
How vulnerability and leadership often go hand-in-hand
The power of choosing to share your story, even when it feels hard
I’m so grateful to my friend, colleague, and co-host Amanda Kramer for encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone and for holding such a safe space during our conversation. 🤍

As always, thank you for being part of this space. Your support means more than you know.
With love,
